they are based on sluttyness levels.
blacks have higher levels of STDs because a larger percent of blacks happen to sleep around recklessly.
this is it's own cause: children raised by sluts grow up to be sluts themselves.
genetics has nothing to do with it, it is culture that is the problem here.
remember: correlation does NOT imply causation.
in the presence of another plausible explanation for the correlation, causation is a fool's bet.
as long as you RAISE YOUR KIDS properly, the higher STD occurrence among non-whites does not apply to them.
