I noticed when we walked into the place there were two overweight employees taking breaks in the parking lot. once inside, we saw the token mentally challenged employee - continuallly mopping the same areas when traffic would dispersed - dutifully propping up a "wet floor" sign any time he started work, then removing it immediately after the might mopping.
all in all i'd guess there were at least 10-12 employees visible in the front area of the restaurant - all overweight, all idly eating to doing minimal work since it was early in the day and there weren't many customers.
single handedly i would say that restaurant is responsible for at least 25% of health problems in the area. it's no fault of their own, i think they're trying to help by employing the populace. the problem is that the populace is their biggest customer.
