If they believe in God (have the empiricism of their god), you can do nothing to prove them wrong (would you convince a man, that his leg doesn't hurt, because he doesn't even have it (phantom pain)) and you don't have to, because atheism is just the absence of faith (it's like another religion, but w/o any religion aspects), and has personal empiricism too.
