'We' tune in to watch big names debate, since you can't have Richard Spencer and big names on debating every week, you either have to replace it with outrageous wild people who will say crazy stuff or drama. The problem being you run out of both or go too far and get banned.
That is the general problem of this kind of format and trying to have frequent streams, people will drop eventually because they are not there to watch you but someone else. Of course, going into JF and his complete lack of self-awareness and generally narcissistic personality is going to bite him soon.
