my neighbor goes outside to smoke a cigarette literally every 5-10 minutes. I feel bad for him but its also kind of annoying cause he lives next to me and I hear him coming and going nonstop. I know chain smoking is a thing but like damn dude spends as much time out there sucking back nicotine as he does in his apartment and he smokes pretty fast too
