Hey guys was at work so I couldn't watch the 4cc. Heard we got btfo though 4-0 eh.
To anons who watched the game, what went wrong?
Everyone makes mistakes and loses games, but it's important to learn from these mistakes and improve. 4-0 is embarrassing so hopefully bant will be able to utilize that embarrassment to improve their game.

Went up against a team that's in good form right now and have a hell of a lot more experience at this. Saying the manager doesn't know tactics isn't really fair when the 4cc plays very differently to casual PES, it's something that'll come to the manager(s) in time.

Just an assumption but I think we let in some easy goals too, and ended up getting btfo.
Also ppl were spamming in the general tHt management was looking for tactic coaches lol. This defeat shows bant is obviously an incompetent board and we got smacked around like little kids. If this happens again then we will become the laughing stock of 4chan.

The manager's supposed to poll the board once or twice a year to decide on players. I think for /bant/'s team it was done a while back while it was still new so the roster might not reflect the current state of the board.

We can't get new managers yet, but we can have testers and advisors suggesting tactics against certain teams.

In the loosest of terms, yes. A more complicated answer is that it's a game of AI manipulation in order to produce the best result, with managers constantly testing tactics against other teams tactics and so on.. Normal PES play logic doesn't apply too much in the 4CC.

We only have about 1 or 2 invitationals worth of experience between the two of us, so any help would be welcome.

And here we are, -4 goal differencial while ck stands at 6GD after two games. What was the formation arrangement btw i dont remember, i could give a couple suggestions.
