Quit from one day to the other, all it takes is a decision and the will to go through with it.
Don't tell yourself that you're trying to quit, cause that just opens up for the possibility of a failed attempt.
If you quit, you quit.
It's actually incredibly easy of you don't see it as some hugely difficult act, but it's your own attitude towards the difficulty, that it all depends on.
And remember it's only the first week or two where you'll feel annoyed and on edge, after that you'll realize what a burden it had been all along.
Some say smoking relieves stress and so on, but it's actually only the stress that's being build up by needing that cigarette you're relieving. Smokers only reach the same baseline stresslevel that they would have if they where a non-smoker, when smoking that cigarette.
