Dropping out is the most retarded thing you can do. However, if you can actually teach than go for it. I will say if you dropped out 8 years ago in teaching, than you probably don't have a shot.

I know it was retarded. I was 18 and didn't know what I wanted to do. Way to be captain hindsight. Originally I was going for CS but now I want to teach secondary school.
I wasn't asking if it was retarded to dropout I was wondering what my options are.
I've thought about community college but I'll need grants and scholarships.

Get a TEFL and go overseas. IDELT through some Colorado college, did the 150 hour course. But then again, already got a masters in teacher ed.

I've considered this as well. I'd much rather just go back to college and get my degree so I can teach in my state.

Maybe teach overseas, save up money from that excursion, then return back to your college. You'll have teaching experience and be a little more valuable to the district you wanna apply to.

I'll only teach high school. Children are too much to handle and I don't feel I could be as good of a teacher to them. With high school I can be down to earth with them.

IDELT is your best bet, and through them they have supposed connections to schools around the world. Haven't taught overseas yet, wanna move up to a level 2 first and get my resume good enough to teach either at a military base or international school. Best of luck man.

The problem is OP that you're asking people that are on average either not in college yet or are just now getting into it themselves how to return to college as a crusty oldfag who's skills in many ways have likely degraded.
