There's a job opening at some event hall, the deal being I would get an apartment there for free, and all I would have to do is clean the place and do general caretaker duties.

Someone rents it for four weddings in july? You gotta clean it four times. No rentals all winter? You sit on your ass and do nothing.

The only catch is, you get no money, I would need to obtain another job, but if I played my cards right, I could get a part time job at some sort of food warehouse or grocery store. That way, I could get cheap or free food on top of it, and I would barely have to work at all.

A bold, diabolic plan if I have the nerve/verve to undertake it. It would be close to professional layaboutism.
