Just an observation, but the general ethos of /bant/ appears to be trying to run counter to both established vitriolic, monotonous memeposting, ala /pol/, /tv/, and /r9k/, and balkanized, inbred-community nature found on /jp/, /int/, and even /trash/.
The board is more comparable with [s4s] in many respects, and it's small enough that it isn't hard to find yourself recognizing other posters.
