Niagra Falls is close to Toronto, though around the lake. It's weird (horror theme shit) but worth seeing the falls and taking a trip on the Maid of the Mist.
Lower Quebec city is nice and there's an artisan alley you can visit for some homegrown art you can buy if you're into that. Quebec is the culture king of Canada imho.
Montreal for Montreal smoked meat. Schwartz's Deli, it's famous.
Standard sight seeing in Toronto and Ottawa I guess. CN Tower, Parlament buildings.
Near the boarder there's some war of 1812 stuff, graveyards, forts and such.
