Yeah I know, I'm going to ask the teacher about it. This isn't definitely going to be in the real test. The thing is, she's struggling to speak italian as well, but so far the only kind of text which is likely to be in the real test is the fourth which was about the career of someone, which I mostly understood.

don't bother with them, they don't seem like your allies, they'll never speak russian... that's how it was in my uni, only a handful could speak fluently by the time they got their degree. for the rest it was like this - classwork, homework, classwork, homework, "oh we didn't cover that yet" etc, so they viewed it like a subject, not skill. uni is shit, study on your own

That's what I'm doing friend, a couple of words a day. I know plenty of verbs, but this is definitely not something on my level rn. I'll save the words that seem most likely to be commonly used and learn them, but I won't bother much more because it's not up my alley right now.
