not sure about Ottomans, they were bound to dissolve sooner or later if they didn't change anything, yet had the Germans won the Great War, the Ottomans would have probably finally established a Caliphate, they had been dreaming of since like the middle of the 19th century. Also, they would have definetley aquired Egypt and possibly Sudan from the British.
Iran is still doing pretty well for a nation under so many sancions and with such regional rivals as Saudia Arabia and Israel.
Any yup, had the Germans won, there probably wouldn't be WW II. At the very least the population wouldn't be so frustrated and burdened with reparations, that they wouldn't turn to the extreme measures.
