Then just download paint net, works great for me. That's how I do my edits and design risk maps anyway.

Sorry anon, I only make some maps. I never host because I'm to much of a brainlet to handle the math involved with Risk Wars. I would like to get back to working on an Island based map I put off for a while soon.

This one is good. Just need some minor tweaking, like maybe bonus for trips and dubs instead and bonus for controlling regions. Either that or more capitals imo.
But those are easy tweaks.
