Gender is more complicated, I would define it a personality that is primarily given to you by the society you are educated by. society has usually given specific roles to people's sex, Because of this Gender is usually linked to somebody's sex. This however does not imply that the gender directly tied to sex. It simply looks as though that were the case. Recently we have been studying gender To greater lengths and We have seen that people Usually show traits from different genders than their sex would imply. There are also unique gender expressions that do not fit into The two Genders that we currently have. Because of this people have started to look more critically at how we define gender. Some Scientists have decided categorize the different Gender expressions. They also moved it to a spectrum due to the fact that People share traits from male and female usually. To my knowledge this is a fairly new field of science so people are still working out the kinks. There has also been a very large opposition to peoples Ideas about the gender spectrum
