Can someone please help me find out who the fuck is behind this website. These assholes have been scamming people online since 1999. One of the most famous websites is birth.vitalrecords.com (Id use bing for that shit cuz google gives you a response saying its not on the server) or heck even Vitalrecordsonline.com..... They do have a FACEBOOK!!! yes and ive found two people tied to this whole scamming procedure. Leslie palacios and chelsea waaban chelsea lives in windsor colorado and so her area code is an obvious give away. anyways look if you guys want some pictures of anything RELATED to this topic let me know.
