Not sure if i can explain it.
It seems to me like i always go into some sort of cycle of depression and ecstatic happiness.
I had been on a decline recently and last night was a bit of a low point, but right now, while I'm not the happiest I've ever been i feel pretty glad.
So that was really it, me noticing that this happens frequently.

I've been having that too, practically all my life. Last couple of years I've desperately been trying to find out what sparks the "switch" but I can't figure it out for the life of me. Most obvious answer would be "maybe ur bipolar lole" but that doesn't seem like a satisfying answer

I know that's why I said it's not satisfying. Even if you get diagnosed what's the point, you get a name for your problems and some meds to treat the symptoms. It still doesn't tell you much about what's actually going on inside that tangled mess of neurons. But I'm an obsessive son of a bitch like that I always go hunting for cause and effect

As awful as that is I can't help but think that far less awful than the suicide of a young member of the family.
I know this sounds bad but you already knew the granny was going to die sooner or later.
Thinking of the sadness the parents And other close members of the family just breaks my heart.
Somehow it being a suicide also makes it just that much worse, i guess it's since that is something that you can easily blame on yourself, like if i had paid enough attention to him maybe he wouldn't have been depressed enough to do it or something.
