Ppl addicted to tobacco are not necesarily addicted to packs of ciagarettes at every street corner
If u are the latter op i would suggest working on breaking your dependence on convenience stores and such as a first step to wean off of tobacco
For example buy tobacco to roll your own cigarettes with, and take a hike far from the city, maybe a camping trip. In an environment where cigarettes are less available you may have an easier time going without them
