How do women afford to be sterilized in the United States?

I'm a manic depressive who naturally looks and sounds like a man. I have to use the men's restroom because I was sick of being pepper sprayed when going to the women's restroom.

My psych meds are the only thing standing between me and being a homeless loon, and would damage a fetus.

Traditional birth control isn't an option.

Where I live it costs $10,000 to get sterilized properly and can't work for a week. No way I can afford that.

Are there any eugenics groups that would be glad to help me never have children?
