In my over 600 hours of gameplay I consistently had the problem of running into "Settlers" in my towns who were non-white. White men were overall rarer than asians, and were typically overweight (considering it's a post apocalyptic shithole with barely any food that's a fucking achievement) for every white man there were about 15 to 25 dark skinned settlers I physically remove.
Considering FO4 was made specifically for as large an audience as possible, was this done to get people accustomed to a future without capable white men?
