I am white, first of all. And I know black people at work that are much smarter than many of the white people there. Whites just want it easy.. they don't want to work for anything they just want to ride on the coattails of their previous generations. That seems wrong to me.

Interesting. Where I worked the blacks were always the ones to get fired or quite the fastest. Usually for stupid reasons. (One got fired for leaving the store premises and shopping during his shift. Another got arrested and went to jail. Another guy just stopped showing up after a week. Actually scratch that, two guys stopped showing up after a week or two. We had one good black employee and she's the produce manager.)
