Right, so I know you are supposed to look at people in the street so you not look like a fucking sperg staring at the ground.

But what is the right way to do it?

You just look in their general direction? Check out their whole body? Stare at their face? Directly into their eyes?

You do this from very far away? From medium distance too? How many feet until you are not supposed to look at them anymore? How many seconds is it the norm? Do you hold the stare until the person looks back at you? Then you nod your head? Tip your hat? Say good morning?

I have so many questions.
