Have you ever, EVER heard Russian apologize for his actions? No? That's right, we will step on your foot and then blame you for it.
Here's my logic. You're a man. You're responsible for your actions. Whatever you do, you have a reason to do it. And if it doesn't go its way, it's often not your fault. DOn't apologize for what's not your fault, EVER. If it is your fault, then you'll find the words.
But for talking to women, do apologize. They're like children, it doesn't matter what you say as long as they shut up.
