Shermans were ESPECIALLY shit. Secondly, most of those tanks were not even sent to main fronts as in Stalingrad, but further south. Lastly, the whole eastern front is absolutely massive and the lend lease numbers start fading in comparison when you consider all the battles that happened through the years.
A key fact about the eastern front that everybody who has independently studies WW2 acknowledges is that the Soviets stopped the Reich before the latter was able to even get within striking range of Moscow (scouts were some 40 km away) and that was before lend lease kicked in. From then on, the Soviets kicked in the Reich and took all the help they could get. The lend lease only made the Germans demise quicker by a few months most.
