Just stay the fuck away from Fructose. That shit wasn't naturally high in human diets for its entire history. We were never high consumers of fruit until just recently. It's why our teeth rot when consuming acidic ones particularly.
The body cannot deal with fructose properly. The liver deals with it and doesn't tell the pancreas about the excess glucose that gets generated from the process, which is why fructose-heavy drinks are the biggest cause of diabetes and weight gain. THE biggest. It's fucking awful.
