Just because no study yet exists showing this (and how would you without gross violations of privacy and so forth without offense from patient and extreme negative reaction from others and potential ostracization as a researcher for being viewed as a "pervert"), does not invalidate the strongly probable hypothesis that it indeed in the case. Mechanistically, it makes total sense. You dismiss the entire case on an appeal to ignorance.
The pathogensis of halitosis is the result of the colonization of undesirable flora, e.g. bacteria, yeast, in the mouth. This is well known and accepted.
Likewise, it is well known that the vaginal area is host to a vibrant microbiome--- which is living and indeed transferable to similar environments offering the same bacteriogenic conditions, i.e. the mouth. It is also know that etiological agents contributing to halitosis, e.g. Fusobacterium spp, reside in the vaginal canal.
To deny that such a transfer is possible is willful ignorance, because you hate to even consider that you might be engaging in a behavior that serves no purpose and is in fact, a perversion.
