I believe that two people, within a certain age proximity, should, given the capacity for rational judgement, be allowed to engage in a romantic or sexual relationship regardless of their genetic proximity, being fully aware of the risks that may be carried by such an action.
They should be tested for genetic disorders just like any other couple, and if there is no risk for deformities, should freely procreate. People who have good genes should naturally breed strong offspring.
