take a look these, averages made out of photos of hundreds of people blended together.

did you notice they're all attractive?
we form an archtypical ideal of beauty based on an average of all the faces we see in our lives that we use when judging beauty.

if someone were to somehow know every possible variation of the human face, would they know the face of perfection?

I think if an entire archetype of people, or the vast majority of an archetype of people find something beautiful, then it is objectively beautiful. Disagreements on beauty tend to be between people with different values and tastes.
