You are happy that, if they are lucky enough to marry a man and, even more, have children before residency is over, that their career will allow them almost no time for them to spend time at home to nurture, care fore, raise, educate their children? You are happy that their children will, with very high probability, spend more time in daycare than at home with their mothers because of this(like i said before, unless they are an exception, they will seek out men who are doctors or men with even more demanding careers)?
There’s not much to be happy about . You dismissing these realities is you being ignorant. You saying “but now they have respectable and stable careers” means jack shit I the large scheme of things- and you know it deep down. Think long and hard.
