The main character is traveling through the steppe and into the cacucuses into muslim land because he has a goddess who needs to return home and she has the power to corrupt time to the point where great cities can form for what seems like hours for the main character.
What I want to do is have a small chunk of the story (10,000 words) bascially be a Blade runner type area.
