do things that are healthy overall for your life.

workout 2-3 times per week and eat slightly healthier every day. makes you realize how good it feels in the long term to actually treat your body well.

meal plans are really nice too, i get a rush when i save money all that money.

Try drawing. Feeling the pencil or brush touching the paper is pretty relaxing. You will not be very good at first (unless you do abstract) but you will get better. I draw everytime I'm stressed and I feel better after.
