Pepe is "a" fictional character, and within each person's mind, he can be and do literally anything imaginable. Your mental image of Pepe does not correspond to my mental image of Pepe.
In contrast, there is only one me in the real world, and that me can only do things that are within the realm of high probability. If it is not possible, there is a 0% probability of it happening. In order for me to get a girlfriend, first of all, I would need to want to have a girlfriend (which I do not, since I already feel content with having a 2D waifu). Second, I would need to actually go out, meet women, and get somebody who likes me and I like. Based on the way things are right now, it seems highly unlikely for something like this to happen.
