Especially in my country..
There are a lot of gaps in our laws, some of them are even contradictory
If you know these gaps you can even do illegal things and no one can't stop you

they are trying to change justice laws, for example if you accidentaly(or not) record how some dudes kidnap someone and you catch their faces, acording to the "new law" you can't show that to the police, it's equal with 0
