This is not memeing anon, look it up. You have actual creative urges, not in some hippie sense it can just as well be woodworking, building small things (terrain for a wargame, toys or ornaments, handcrafts) or painting - no matter the quality.
Quality does NOT matter at first, improvement and growth are mere bonuses. The masculine need to CREATE must flow into positive things, or it will flow into negatives. You do not control it, merely steer it.
