Type A. People who own/run big sites that use tons of data, such as streaming services or gaming since these services use the most bandwith (Youtube, Twitch, PornHub, Netflix, X-Hamster, Hulu, Amazone Prime, and kind of gaming hosting servers).
What net neutrality will do is stop the ISP from charging these companies the same rate they would charge any other site, including the ones that use way less bandwith.
Type B. Are retards who joined the bandwagon and know nothing about what is getting repealed and genuinely thinks the internet will be partitioned into EA/Capcom styled DLCs despite most services don't use this model and consumers generally don't like it.
