instead what i got was this bizarre dynamic where everyone recognizes each other and talk about same sex relationships all day
which was the least likely thing imaginable to me, very unique. don't know if i'm even comfortable with it at all, anonymity has fantastic benefits because you can be a doofus as much as you like. ultimately /v/ does what i wanted this board to do better.

i'd say /bant/ is an okay board when people aren't posting the same threads over and over (which is most of the time)
