Experimental, moody, high skill of direction, great cinematography etc....
retards didn't like the anime because they thought the animation looked weird and couldn't understand the subtleties of the direction and forgot about it shortly but I still love it....

btw don't read the manga. Some prefer it, but it suffers from many of the faults that plague the pages of amateur mangaka's works. The story barely flows at all, art looks weird and the dialogue just has no life to it at all. The manga is just as mediocre as it gets.
