There's no lisp if the word was supposed to be pronounced as th. The /θ/ or th sound is natural to the Christian Spanish. The lack of /θ/ sound means that their speakers are moor rapebabies, since the arabs don't have the sound /θ/. The reason all Latin America speak with /s/ sound is because they all come from Andalusia. Andalusians speak using /s/ for everything just like latin americans. That's why Andalusians and Latin Americans can't tell apart caza from casa, cocido from cosido, because they pronounced it WRONGLY with the same /s/ sound
