My friend constantly complains about not being able to get a girlfriend. Our group knows obviously why he struggles, but don't know how to tell him (he's really defensive and sometimes immature). But, when we tell him he's fat, he thinks its funny, and jokes about his lifestyle choices. How do we get him to realize living his lifestyle isn't a joke, and also that's why he doesn't get women?
