I've started using .flux to limit blue light and stopped drinking coffee. Haven't noticed any drastic improvement. Have also stopped fapping before bed which didn't help.
Thinking of taking nootropics but l-theanine actually made things worse and ashwaganda root tastes nasty as shit.
