would the world be better if 1 billion useless people vanished? so rapists, murderers who killed without a good reason, people who honestly were beyond redemption/had no desire to improve past their lowly circumstances, etc?
also all children under the age of 5 and everyone above 65..how would things change?
assume everyone would get over the disappearances within a year.
