just so you know to work out calories its:
1 gram of protein = 4 calories
1 gram of carbs = 4 calories
1 gram of fat = 8 calories
so knowing this you can eat a lot of different types of foods and still be able to hit your caloric goal because you know how to calculate them
btw the general rule of thumb for building muscle is 1 - 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, so your bodyweight x 4 is the amount of calories you get from protein, the rest is fat and carbs, you can choose which ever ratio you want for that depending on what your goal is and which types of food you prefer
