otherwise movies, tv shows and songs had regular plots/themes. they still had to be approved by a commie regulating organ to make sure they had no western propaganda or anti communist or "anti-social" sentiments but that was it really.
the good thing was that "anti-social", when it came to music, covered all the degenerate crap like swears, general vulgarity, drug use, violence, etc. oh and also western genres like rock were verbotten until about the 80s i think, when a gradual loosening of the rules started. there wese never any rap during communism tho, as far as i can remember
