They will taste absolutely disgusting at first (especially the banana will taste like sawdust), but you will get used to the taste after 1 week and after 2 you will start liking them somewhat. Eat more apples for faster results.
This will diversify your stomach flora which is in control of your unsatiable hunger for sweets and fats (its prettym much directly in control of your brain). After 2-1 you should feel it loosen the grip on your diet, after which you can start binging on apples, which will make all your favourite foods taste a lot more dull, since the brain doesn't release as much dopamine anymore.
The reason this is a good strategy is that its much easier to do something once every day than not doing something the whole day.
If you have trouble erating your first apple buy jazz apples and cut it into pieces and eat them while doing something you like. Worked for me and I tried every diet under the sun before that.
