I had this page open and was about to reverse image search just to be sure that that is intended to be Rainbow Dash, and then my page froze and by then the thread had been moved to /bant/ which makes sense given the pointlessness of the topic.

that's right, it was from image searching "autistic faggot" on DuckDuckGo last night on Brave browser. I want to keep the whole "Internet searching for stupid shit that you find amusing" habit in moderation tho, because the best way to be an Internet person is to seek out knowledge and offer people knowledge and little nuggets of wisdom or whatever, with a touch of humor as well.
