There are very few good boards on 4Chan, so there are a lot of acceptable answers. /b/ is festering with newfags and underage kids posting degenerate porn, but the site wouldn't feel the same if it was deleted. The worst board has to be /r9k/, /bant/, /soc/ or /trash/. A board that has a high shitpost/repost ratio and that nobody would miss. Or, like others have said, a board that is utterly deserted, like /po/.
