I'm trying the carnivore diet for a few months. But I honestly can't tell if it is healthy. Common sense tells me it can't be since it is:
>red meat
>cheese
>eggs
>no veggies or fruit
But at the same time it eliminates all the simple grains and processed foods. Thoughts? Is the carnivore diet "redpilled"?
