went through periods wherein i drank too much, but i always stuck with beer -- avoid distilled spirits completely.
smoke pretty heavily, but i've for the last 13 or so years smoked only roll-your-owns -- which lack the added toxins found in major brands.
married with three sons, but if anything they've kept me young of heart -- not at all the soul-robbing experience some anons describe.
the point with all this is that you don't have to live a puritanical life, just avoid blatantly unhealthy activities. anon is still youngish looking and very healthy (haven't even seen a doctor in four years). still get hit on regularly by girls in their early twenties (often younger). imo, the most important factors contributing to vitality are genetics, healthy food and a determined positive outlook.
most important advice i can pass along? proper diet and nutrition and staying pure of heart. i would also add that the benefits of no fap are nothing short of amazing. started about 3 years ago...the manifold benefits are too numerous to delineate.
also, young anons, keep your mind exercised. read great books, play puzzle games, maintain a relationship with God.
and in answer to the overarching question, yes, absolutely, being a man is awesome. the man in you doesn't really start to emerge until your 30s, by the time you're forty it develops into a fullness...and that's when your life really begins.
whereas 18-30 comprise a typical girl's golden years, 40 to 60 is when men really hit their stride.
young anons, let these roasties wither into the ghastly waifs they are. the next generation is being redpilled...many will be trad girls who preserve their beauty and purity...they are preparing themselves for you. patience is the salient virtue as regards the fairer sex.
