Body: eat right, groom right, exercise right.
Mind: Exercise the brain, read all the books listed in threads like this, gain new skills, meet new people/expose yourself to new ideas, etc.
Soul: Religion, meditate, sleep, stay away from vices, etc.
All are interchangable, all lead back to the source. Constant improvement in all areas leads to growth in all areas. It's a simple process in theory, but incredibly difficult in practice.
But honestly: it is the entire point of your existence, so why not do it?
Would anyone NOT want to be the person of whom they say: "look at that man of god: so clean cut, well dressed, healthy; so knowledgeable about all, and cultured; yet so poised, and dignified--what are his thoughts on the world?"
