I've heard Ireland is like an IT giant. There are no refugees as well.
But its bad abot jobs except for IT industry and its famous for its emigration.
Is it still a good idea to move there? I have an ability to get everywhere. Currently living in Moscow.

i read about how Ireland got that status a while, some sort of tax loophole/shelter bs which a few other small nations are into, it's a cat and mouse game of tax lawyers cooking up these loopholes and ways to exploit them and regulators figuring them out and closing them if they can.

IT is kind of a board and vague industry too.. Indian telemarketers for example who are basically already replaced by software are considered IT, and so are the billions of pajeet Java ''developers'' who write shovelware apps and bloatware

Btw russian ruble sucks. Russians become literally twice poorer in comare to euro and us dollar since Crimea got annexed.

But somehow it does. Friend earned €70k and bam - 2014 - he earns €35k. With converting from rubles to the euros I mean. Since there are so much imports in Russia, a huge amount of stuff got more expensive.
